Over the past 10 days or so, we have been receiving two emails, in one case, three days apart, on some submissions. This has been rather confusing. The customers deny sending two orders in each case. Is there a problem?Page URL:

I think the multiple email submissions were the result of spam submissions on your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/41455287919264
When review the existing submissions on the form I see multiple similar re-submissions. So they must be a spam.
I suggest you try also adding a Captcha field on your form to block spam bot from submitting the form. User guide: How-to-Add-a-CAPTCHA-field
Let us know if adding the Captcha field still did not resolve the issue.
