I would like the first field on my form be displayed in the emails that are sent to my customers and to myself.

That section of your form is a Text Field.

A Text Fields main use is to display info on your form (e.g. texts, images, links, etc.) that you can customize using HTML. Keep in mind that you can only place Input Fields on your Email Notification body template.

So, if you wish to add that same chunk of display to your Email Notifications (for you) and Autoresponders (for your customers), just copy the codes from the Text Field > EDIT your Email Notification / Autoresponder > click the SOURCE CODE icon > remove the image link you have placed > then replace it with the codes you copied.
