Do you sell your services by licensing and if so what are the fees?

My Team consist of 15 to 20 individuals that would require access to the software, office and field staff. I'm not certain that the Silver or Gold memberships will provide me with the best bang for my buck.

Unfortunately our Jotform Licensing solution is no longer for sale, so you will not be able to avail it. You can use Jotform for your company by subscribing to one of our available plans (Bronze, Silver or Gold).

You can subscribe to jotform with a Main account, then setup Sub-user accounts for your team so that they will be able to edit and view the forms on the main account. You can check out our guide here on How to share forms with a sub-account user.

Here's a list of the sub-user accounts you can add based on your plan:

Bronze - add 3 sub-user accounts

Silver - add 10 sub-user accounts

Gold - add 100 sub-user accounts

I recommend the Gold plan, as it allows you to share your forms with 100 sub-user accounts. Please do note that only the main account will be subscribed to the plan, and the sub-users will be on the free plan.
