Is it possible to embed logic to conditions with if statements that allow for both any and all conditions so that one condition MUST apply in conjunction with any of the other conditions.

    I would want something like:

(If[school level] Not equal to [K-5]) AND ANY of the following are true ([Which options for 6-7 social studies] is equal to [decline]) + ([which option for 8 social studies] equal to [decline]) THEN Send X email,  etc.

It is not possible to have if ANY and if ALL rules in same condition.

Based on example that you have provided you can achieve that with two conditions.
