Can I reduce the iframe size?

Asked by alyhyder on December 08, 2016 at 07:09 PM

    Hi

Love your program but am wondering if the script can be reduced at all in size as it does not show up on our website (too large)

    Here is the link:  http://taos.org/plan-your-trip/request-lodging-quote/

I have inspected webpage you provided, but I found only link of your form.

You can embed your form to your website.

Which form embed code should I use?

Adding a form to a web page

Usually we recommend using of iFrame code.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

It is possible to change the width and height of iFrame code. Example:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/1234567890" frameborder="1" style="width: 100%; height: 1400px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance

This is the page with the iframe on it

    http://taos.org/plan-your-trip/request-lodging-quote/

As you can see it still does not show up.

I did decrease the height in the coding

Our site has a fixed size for images and videos and I think this is interfering with the iframe

I have checked the page you have linked to, and there are no iframe codes. Your form is embedded as a feedback / lightbox popup, and here is a screen recording of your form on the page your provided us with:

Your form appears to be functioning fine the way it is embedded now, but should you run into any issues with your form, you can use our iframe embed method instead of the current embed codes you are using:
