Trying to downgrade account

    I am trying to downgrade my account to the free version but when I try it brings me to another site for me to log into and I can't. the retrive password isn't working.

    Credit card payments are processed by our 3rd party processor called Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers, from the first email you have received from them when you paid for JotForm.  This is not the same as your JotForm login name.

    I have canceled your subscription for you.  You won't get charged again.  Your subscription will stay Premium until June 18, 2012.
