The Excel file I downloaded from submission cannot be opened. Please assist.Page URL:

I have checked your account and your form named "Treasure Box Registration Form".
I have clicked download as "excel" of submissions of the form on your end. However, I had the same problem after downloading the excel file.
So that, I have forwarded this issue to our software development team in order to check if there is a bug in your account. We can not estimate time for solving the issue but you are going to be informed via this thread when it will be solved.

i also have the same problem, the data from my surveyor (using "file upload" field), cannot open from submission data ....image/txt/etc....al of file type cannot open (also see the broken link).
I just send te question to this forum, but why my quetion was not appear ? (upload as public)

@wahchan - Sorry about that, it appears the issue with the Excel file download was temporary and it has been fixed now. Please give it another try and let us know if the issue persists.
