we are having a problem download the spreadsheets for two forms

Hello, I tried downloading the Submission Data on both forms you mentioned and was able to download the Excel file just fine. However, I can't open the file as it throws an error. I'm able to see the same error too when I tried it on a random form on my personal account:
Is it the same as what you're getting? If this is what you're referring to when you said "we are having a problem download the spreadsheets" then please confirm and we'll raise this as a bug to our Developers.
In case you're referring to a different problem altogether, just get back to us with a bit more info, a clearer description of what happens on your end, and a screenshot of the problem (here's how) so we can better assist you. Hoping to hear from you soon.

Sorry about that, it appears to be a temporary issue and it has been fixed now. I just tried it again on both of your forms and was able to open the downloaded Excel file now. Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.
