    I cancelled in late October but you billed me for November. Please credit me for November and make sure you do not bill be ever again!!!

    Hello proresort,

    I did check your account but did not find any attempt to cancel your subscription. 

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
