    How to revert back to not-updated version of my form?

    Apart from loosing the background color in the form builder, in preview, the radio buttons no longer work.

    Can I possible clone what's shown in in the Reversion window? Or is there something else to do?

    We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.

    I checked your form and I was able to see each fields and background color of your form both on builder and on preview mode. I was also able to fill out every field as you can see here below. 

    I tested your form on Safari. Could you please confirm in which browser you encounter this issue? I can suggest you to try with also other browser and clear your browser caches. 

    In addition to that, you can check your form revision history and back to any point at these updates. I'm adding here related guide let us know if you need any further support by our side?

    Many thanks. There is one last problem. My logo ,no longer appears on the preview screen but is present in the Form Builder.

    I am not quite sure what was causing the image not to show, possible a caching issue.  However, simply moving the image allowed for it to show once again.  I moved it below your heading then back to the top and it does now show in the form.

    If it still does not on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    Thanks.

    Yes, the logo does now show, however, the Submit button on the bottom no longer shows in preview mode. Also, there is unnecessary space on the very top that I'd like to get rid of. It may be the that Submit doesn't show because with the unnecessary space, the form isn't long enough?

    I can confirm that the image logo is now shown in your form.

    Regarding on the submit button, I fixed it for you. It was shown that way because it is shrunken and the theme you're using excludes every shrunken field from the form background. Anyway, I expanded it back so it should be fine now.
