Issue with Jotform, not sending emails

    Hi Guys,

    We have created a new user form that will not send to our email recipients, however when we do a test email. it goes through. Can you please assist urgently?

    form: Charter Hall IT User Form

    i have set the email to come to myself. When you send a test email function, it works, but when you go submit the form, it doesnt.


    please attend to this issue, asap

    Hello Dennis,

    Is it possible or acceptable for you to change the sender address from the email field to for all three notifications?

    Or what you can do is contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
