We're having trouble navigating the form on IOS platforms

Asked by seuapp on December 09, 2016 at 11:21 AM

    Hello,

We're building an Upgrade form, but we're having trouble navigating iOS platforms.

Do we need to download a plugin or widget?

    Thanks

Can you be more specific on the issue? I checked the form using IOS 6S and it's already responsive. Navigating to the other page is also possible, the page break is working. I don't see any issue here as far as I could see.

We did test on iOS 4S and 5S and when the page jumps the browser retouches
to the top of the home page, when it tries to send it it also returns

This is how the page break works in the form. When you click the next button, it will go to the top of the next page. The same thing will happen if you submit the form leaving the required fields unfilled. But, you can add the below parameter to stop the form from scrolling to the top.

    ?nojump

    Example:

If you want to embed the form on your website, use the iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code and do the same thing, append the parameter in the form URL.
