Does the free plan include 100 submissions each month or one time?

We are building a from and wanted to know if the form allows 100 submissions every month, as well as 100 MB of storage each month. Or is that our cap/ limit and when we hit our cap we have to build another/ New form?

Free plan user has a limit of 100 submissions per month. It will reset back to 0 every first day of the month. The next reset will be on January 01, 2017. 

There's no limit submission per form. You can have 20 submissions on your form and another 80 submission on your other form. The 100 submissions per month is the total number of submissions in your account.
