Up till now, the contact form we have been using for our website through jotform has been working fine.
However, as of today, for some reason the messages have not been forwarding to the account email. I can still see the messages we did not receive in our inbox on the jotform.com website, but we do heavily rely on receiving them by email. The strange thing is, when I went to the "view submissions" page and forwarded the messages using the given email, there was no problem... so I suspect that the problem is not with the email.
Is there anything you could suggest?

And now it's working again!
Which is great, but it would be good to know what went wrong so it can be avoided in the future... we missed receiving a total of 4 messages, and I wouldn't want to accidentally miss out on messages without realizing it!

You can check if the recipients are on bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
As well, check in your emails spam/junks folder if there is any email coming from JotForm. If you find any, mark them as NOT SPAM:
