    Make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find any email from JotForm, mark it as NOT SPAM:

    Also, to properly test a notification, preview your form, then fill it and submit it. Otherwise, if you use the test button, the test notification will be sent to the email address setup in your JotForm account, not the email setup as the recipient for your notification.
