    How can I retrieve the request form?

    I deleted my form and retrieve it from trash (thanks Lord)

    but, my app received the address of the form (I use an app from "fabrica de formularios" but

    the app receives a message saying ( Document not available), if I insist, a clean document is done with (Principal plate and a button)

    I have the request form in my screen, I tried to save it and then send the link to the other app...but is still continues as "not available" or " Principal plate and a send button"


    How can I retrieve the request form, takes loooong time to rebuild that....

    I have checked your provided form 62827201235651, and I see that it is currently disabled (technically, it is "archived" in your Archive folder):

    I also see that you are on the free plan, and you already have 5 active forms. Please note that with a free plan you can have only 5 active forms at any given time, and because the form you have restored from your Trash folder is your sixth form, it cannot be enabled until one of the other five active forms is disabled or archived.

    You can also check the usage of your JotForm account at any time by clicking on the person-shaped avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen:
