No Submission Through JotForm

    We have a form connected to 2Checkout ( form id 20114828796 ). We received a payment confirmation today from 2Checkout but no email from JotForm and the JotForm shows that there was no form submission today. Is this form configured properly?

    There are a couple payments marked as incomplete from today in your submission history:

    If either of those is the correct submission, there may have simply been an issue with 2checkout communicating that the payment was complete.  Selecting the submission and completing it will place the submission data in with the rest of your data and trigger the appropriate form emails.  Marking the submission complete will NOT charge the user again.
