As seen by the message when you try accessing your form, your account has gone over the limits of its subscription plan:
With a free account, you can receive up to 100 regular submissions per month, or up to 10 payment submissions when using our supported payment fields.
Your account already received 12 payment submissions this month, so your forms have been temporarily disabled for the remainder of this month until your submission counters reset on the first day of next month.
If you need to receive more payments than are allocated for a free account, please upgrade your subscription to one of the plans that support the number of payments you require:
For example, our entry level Bronze plan already comes with up to 1.000 payment submissions per month.
