I have tested the integration on my end and I can see it is working, I have tested an old form that I have already integrated and noticed it works and also a newly created form and it works as well.
Is the problem still happening on your end?
If so, could you please try removing the integration and adding it once again?
This may help to fix any issue that occurred on the current integration, if it still does not work after reintegrating, please do let us know.
I removed and re-added the integration and did a test submission. The jotform submission successfully synced with my dropbox. What do I do about the submissions (with jpegs and docxs) that were submitted while the integration wasn't working? Meaning, how to I get the PDF of their submission, the jpegs, and docxs over into dropbox? I have tested the answer given by BJoanna on March 23, 2015 on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/538916-Sync-to-Drive-dropbox-after-submissions and it successfully added a past submission to dropbox.
Is there no other option to get existing submissions into dropbox than to edit every form and resubmit? Will the edit/resubmit re-send the confirmation emails to the original submitter?
As far as I know there is not other way to re-send a submission to Dropbox other than editing the submission, so if you need to receive those missing submissions then you will need to edit them.
You could also request a feature to re-send submissions to Dropbox without having to edit each individually submission, to do it, please open a new thread with the request and we will be glad to proceed escalating your request to our second level.
Regarding to the emails, they will send if the "Send on Edit" option is active in the emails options of your forms, here is how to find it in the email notifications:
