Hi,
For all my forms i've selected the option for there NOT to be a size limit for each file uploaded, however this morning I've had customers complaining that they can't upload their photos as the system is stating that the file size is too large.
Help please

I have checked the form you've linked to, and I see the file size limit is set to 1MB (1024KB) on all but the first File Upload field:
I have also opened your form for checking out the file size limits, and I see that your Front image, Back image and Side image fields seem to have file size limits enabled and set to that value:
Please either try increasing your maximum file size limit, or disabling the size limit, and let us know should you be experiencing any further issues. Thank you!

it again.
Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that, perhaps there was a problem saving the change. Please do try disabling the limit again, and then clicking on the Save button.
Once the Save button stops spinning, the changes should be correctly applied, and you can check your form whether it is functioning correctly then:
Should run into any issues after that, please let us know and we'll do our best to help. Thank you.
