There are two ways to use a custom sender email address, the first method is using a custom sender, but still using our mail server info to send the email, it means that the mailing info will be from JotForm, but the email address will be the one you set up.

The other option is to set up a sender email using the SMTP method, this way you use our own mail server details instead of the JotForm info, this helps to avoid problem with emails being blocked or email addresses being added to our bounce list.
