    It is not saving for me - how come it won't save?

    I have tested the forms you have in your account and they seem to be working fine, when I click on the save button it works and shows changes have been saved. 

    This may be a temporary problem on the connection with our database/server, it may also happen because your session has expired so you need to login again in order to properly save the changes made to your form. 

    If the problem still persists, please provide us a screenshot of the web console that will help us to know if there is something that does not allow the form to save. 

    The keyboard shortcuts below will help you to get the console: 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K

    Even checking my connection there was still an issue but then after a bit it worked.
    Sorry about the panic, working on a tight crunch and was worrying about time.
