My jotform is sliced in half on mobile version of Wix site

Hi - I am finishing up a website for my husband and the Purchase Now form is sliced down the middle - above is a screenshot of an iPhone view. I attached a screenshot of the Wix editor view. I have used several Jotforms successfully on my own site. The Contact jotform I have on the homepage of this site is the same number of pixels wide as the Purchase Now jotform. The contact form looks fine on mobile and this one doesn't. Wondering if you have any ideas on how to take care of this. I have tried tiny fonts and shrinking the form even more in width but that makes it unreadable and it's still sliced... Any help with this would be appreciated. The two forms can be found via the user associated with the email address: historycreations@outlook.com.
