Your email address landed in our bounce list which results that your forms appear to be not working. I have now removed the said email address from the bounce list but I'm not sure if it will resolve the problem due to the reason given by your mail server:
Reason(s) : smtp; 591 email@example.com your host [18.104.22.168] is blacklisted by dnsbl.sorbs.net. Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?22.214.171.124.. Please send this message to firstname.lastname@example.org
To fix this, can you try using email@example.com as your email alert sender address on your forms? You can make this change when editing your email notification, go to Advanced, and scroll down to Sender Email to change the sender address.
