Can you help me ? my forms does not work . I dont receive no more notifications forms from customer in my e-mail adresse, (email@example.com) Thanks.

Your email address landed in our bounce list which results that your forms appear to be not working. I have now removed the said email address from the bounce list but I'm not sure if it will resolve the problem due to the reason given by your mail server:
Reason(s) : smtp; 591 firstname.lastname@example.org your host [184.108.40.206] is blacklisted by dnsbl.sorbs.net. Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?220.127.116.11.. Please send this message to email@example.com
To fix this, can you try using firstname.lastname@example.org as your email alert sender address on your forms? You can make this change when editing your email notification, go to Advanced, and scroll down to Sender Email to change the sender address.
