I've not had issues before with setting the "Make this form responsive" checked but appear to be having an issue now. If you take a look at the form on the following link on an IPhone the statement and the Submit button fields are stretching over 100% of the width and although I've tried everything nothing seems to work.

I've reduced the size of the font due to it not reacting responsively but is not presented well on a laptop or PC so if you could let me know why it doesn't seem to be working (make form responsive) because I've had to set it up with each field on a separate line as a work around!

Your help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Have you tried checking this guide on how to make your form mobile responsive: https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-to-make-mobile-friendly-forms-on-JotForm? There are a couple of ways to adjust the responsive design of your form.

Another thing to consider is the way on how you embed the form on your website page, the CSS on your website might be affecting the responsive design o the form itself. To avoid this conflict or issue, you can try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code. Here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    I hope that helps.
