    thanks you message not showing

    Hello,

     

    I have created a thank you message at the end and also an email response when someone submits an application. Neither feature is working, can you help?

    On the notifications settings, make sure you place the Name on the Sender Name Field., The Sender email field is set properly to noreply@jotform.com

    On the autoresponder , you can omit our email address on the Sender Email field

     

    If you still have issue recieving the notifications, please contact your service provider so they can add our Jotmail Ip addresses to their whitelist

    I've tested both your forms and i wasn't able to reproduce the said issue. Eveytime i hit the submit button, i was able to see a thank you message. I've also seen that you didn't enter a recipient email to your second form (21302328285346). So you can't get a notification when someone fills out your form. As my colleague mentioned above, please add our ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist. 

    So, you said that you don't see a thank you message after hitting the submit button. Which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or test your forms on a different browser?

    Sorry, thank you message still not working in form 21302328285346 , have tried on mozilla, explorer and chrome.

    Just added a notification email for the form 21302328285346 still not getting an email when someone submits this form, but I do get one when they submit the other form 21304522042335 so your ip address is not blocked by my provider, I think.

    Hello Amparo

    I made a clone of your form and I was able to recieve:

    -Thank you page

     

    -Notification: I checked on my gmail account and it was there

    -Autoresponder email : I checked on my yahoo account and the message was there

    To recieve the notification correctly, I would suggest you to check with your service provider . Ask them to add to their whitelist these Jotmail IP addresses

     

    Regarding to not Displaying your custom Thank You page: My test were done without the Dropbox integration, and I think the issue has to do with it

    So let me forward this issue to 2nd level in order to investigate further. You will get informed by them on this thread.

    The whole issue seems to be the dropbox integration. Once I removed it, the notification and autoresponder worked!!!

    As well as causing these features not to work, the dropbox integration itself was not working either.

    It would be great if dropbox integration could work in my form.

    Hi Amparo,

    Have you tried re-integrating the said integration? Please try to remove the dropbox integration, clear your browsers cache and then re-integrate it again. See if this makes any differences.

    Thanks for your message.

    I have re integrated and this time the thank you message still showed and both the applicant and I receive the emails, so that's great.

    The only problem is that the file uploaded has not gone to my dropbox...

    Thanks for your quick reply. I have tested and sent a sample submission on your form: 21302328285346 with attached files, can you please check if these files landed to your dropbox successfully? I can see them fine on your submissions page.

    If the problem still persist, try re-integrating it one more time and then recheck. Let me also inform you that this has been raised to our higher team, in case this problem is still not resolved, they will assist you further with this.

    Hello,

    For some reason the drop box integration wasn't on that's why the thank you message was working. I must have remove the integration by mistake. I have re-integrated it this time and the thank you message dissapeared and no autoresponder or notification emails were sent.

    I think there's a problem between the integration and the thank you message...

    Hello Amparo, sorry for coming back to you late.

    Like I said in my previous posts, I have seen other threads regarding to Integrations and Thank you page issue. That is why I escalated the issue to 2nd level. So far, the status of the priority has been set to "important"  , hopefully you will recieve an update on this thread.
