Can I use JotForm for a client's site as well as mine?

Using XARA Prox12.

I have a free account to start and test an email form

for my OWN website and it works well.

Was wondering if I could create another email form

for a client's website?  I understand the limitations

of the free version but since he's a local political candidate

I don't see it exceeding the minimums.

Yes, you can create another email notification to be sent to your client: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

Or if you want to create another form for your client, you can do it, you can create up to 5 forms in your account.
