I have deleted 2 responses from my form which I filled to check that how submission looks. After that when I generated visual report it shows total 3 males and 1 female in pie chart. But there are only two submission after deleting my 2 submission. So I think visual builder is not working properly.
You can try this creating your own form and than delete responses and check in visual report.
I'm currently checking the visual report on my end. Please allow me time to further investigate. I'll get back soon once there are findings.
I cloned your form (http://www.jotform.me/form/63456151208452) and tried to check the visual report but I was not able to replicate the issue on my end.
First, I did a test submit with 3 females and 1 male so total of 4.
Then, when I tried to delete 2 submissions (2 females), there are total of 1 female and 1 male remaining, as you can see from the image below:
Can you please try to check again on your end?
If issue still persists, do let us know.
But the problem is occurring with male number.
I have tried run a few tests on my end as well with regards to your latest feedback. I ran 6 test submissions, 3 males and 3 females. This is the initial report:
Then I deleted 2 males and 1 female submissions. This is how the visual report looks like now:
As far as I have seen reports are working as expected. I have also checked the visual report on your account for the particular form. You seem to have 1 submission currently. And, it is properly displayed in the report. I guess it was a temporary issue on your end.
Please let us know if the issue still persists. Having the screenshots of the submissions and the report before you delete some of them should be pretty helpful for us.
