    Payment plan changed

    Hi,

     

    We found today that our quota for submissions seems to have changed this weekend, and that our account had been reverted to a bronze payment plan, while it should have been gold.

    We have now reactivated our correct gold level again. Do you know why this could have happened? It blocked a lot of our users to submit the form this weekend.

    There is no log of changes in our account history either.

    Hi Sturla, 

    First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused by this. I guess the mistaken downgrade was triggered by the deactivation of your previous bi-yearly Economy plan which was initially subscribed on 11/12/2014. When it ended on 11th of December, which was this weekend, your account was downgraded automatically by the system. 

    Now I can see that you upgraded back to Gold. However, I can see that your initial upgrade on 3rd of December was a Gold-yearly plan. This time you seem to have upgraded to Gold-monthly. Was it intentional or have you mistakenly chosen the monthly plan? Please let us know about it so that we can take further action.
