Sub accounts able to change payment plan

    Due to the popup layer that recently was introduced upon login to Jotform, on of our many sub accounts where able to downgrade our account.

    Is this how it is supposed to be - every account has this right?

    Currently, this represents a huge risk for us as it closed down our forms this weekend (we web from Gold to Bronze, closing down all our forms due to quota).

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Having a sub-user allows you to provide access to another user in regards to your forms. They can view the submissions and they can edit the forms as well. The sub-user should have a JotForm account in order to continue. However, the sub-user can not change your account's payment plan. They able to change their own payment plan.
