I keep getting the following message:
"a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request"
I tried both the latest interface and the old interface to enter the live keys, but nothing gets passed this error.
Also, now when I load my form without the &old parameter, I still get the old integration.
Regards,
Ketzie

Dear Ketzie,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked your account and your form named "SOP Membership". Also, I have cloned your form in order to test it on my side.
Please apply the following steps below in the old version:
You need to insert your Stripe API key and Publish key. To do this, edit your form and click properties on the Payment field. Then click the Drop arrow (properties), and then click Edit Properties.
Next, enter your Stripe API key and Publish Key(Please be sure about that you enter the right keys)
Once done, click the Close settings button at the bottom and then save your form.
Lastly try again in the test mode(not in the live mode).
You should enter your Stripe username and password for the new version as the following screenshot below and you can use the live mode:
Also, please check the following document link for detailed information about Stripe integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/190-How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form
Moreover, you need to load your form with the "&test" parameter in order to get the new integration(version 3) after loading the old version with the "&old" parameter. For example, click the following link in order to work in version 3: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=63364619315357&test
Please try and let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings! I am having an identical problem, but when I go to the edit properties it takes me to the new payment manager, not the old version that you are showing. I can find no place to enter my StripeAPI keys. Any clues. I have a project I need to launch on the first... Thanks, Peter
