The Drag and Drop Upload Widget is not working properly

    I have tried adding the drag and drop upload widget to the jotform and it doesn't work. I also tried to access the demo website and the drag and drop widget doesn't work on that either (see screenshot) I have had to take it out of the form as it looks unprofessional. Our client would like this on her form asap so could you help by telling me the fix please?

    We tried to reproduce the issue to no avail, the form in https://form.jotform.com/61655266993974 works for us as shown by this animation:

    We also tried a clone from this form, and it works too: https://form.jotform.com/63464207111951

    Could you please try a different browser? and if the issue persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the console error? Thank you in advance.
