My email notifications are not showing me all of the fields? It is stopping after the information for Parish Administrator email. I have NUMEROUS fields after that?

I have taken a look at your provided form, and I see that the email template you are trying to use is 143.808 characters long in its source code.

Due to technical limitations, emails cannot contain more than 65.536 characters in their source code. Basically, the email template you are trying to use is well beyond what the system can generate and send you. Whatever is beyond the limit will get truncated.

JotForm sends out dozens of millions of emails, and technical restrictions do not permit for individual emails to contain more than 65.536 characters of text at this time.

You will have to use a shorter email notification, containing only those fields that you would like to receive through email, so that your email is less in size than the aforementioned limit.

What I would recommend for such a large amount of text would be to instead use the Attach PDF advanced option of your notification:

Okay, that would be fine, except the PDF doesn’t seem to have all of my fields either?

I checked the PDF output and it looks like all fields are included.  If they are not, it may be a similar issue with the email and the PDF is being truncated due to simply having too many fields.  There are currently 545 fields in the form, I would generally recommend no more than 2-300 for performance issues alone.

Using something like a configurable list widget instead of many sections of repeating fields would drastically reduce the number of fields in the form and allow for users to enter as many sets of data they need:

Except it looks like that tool doesn’t actually use the data I need to collect: addresses, email addresses, phone number, etc.

Though the widget does not expressly use those field types, it does allow for the following:

        -Text

        -Number

        -Text Area

        -Date

        -Time

        -Drop Down

        -Check Box

        -Radio Buttons

Text fields can be used to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers and other smaller types of data.  Text areas can be used for larger inputs such as addresses.

We have significantly reduced our form. Can you please verify that if someone were to complete this form in its entirety with every field filled in, we would receive all data from that form, and that nothing would be cut off?
    Thank you.

The current character count include styling and such is 88,001.  This is still quite a bit over the limit.

Using a configurable list, even if just for the members, would significantly decrease the size of your form.  Here is an example of what it would look like for members:

Okay, I have switched the last two sections, Delegates and Alternated to this suggested format.
    1) Please verify that now, all data will be captured and nothing will be lost, that we are under the limits
    2) The data in the table is cut off in the PDF? (See attached)

The clone is down to 64,000 characters with the changes you made.  If you do the same to a couple other sections of the form, you will be well below the limit.

The PDF has similar restrictions to prevent overloading our system.  With a reduced form size, the data table should no longer be cut off.

I tested with your form and the data does not appear to be getting cut off when exporting to PDF.  The data in my tests matched the submission data:

As far as I can tell, there should be no issues exporting the data to PDF format with the current size of the form.
