    Hi,

    I'm trying to configure one(1) product with paypal payment that can be ordered in multiple sizes. Each size needs to be a different price.  I am not able to configure this...

    For Example:

     My Product

       Size 1     $10

       Size 2     $15

       Size 3     $20

    The form should then show the proper total prices based on Product/Size price & quantity.

    any suggestions?

     Here I leave you this gude in order to accomplish what you are looking for:
    On the example below, it shows 2 products. But you can apply it to just one , as in your case

    Each product must have a name and price.

    Click on “Add New Options to add additional choices for users to select.

    For example, if you are selling a t-shirt, you can ask users to select quantity, t-shirt size and color.

    You would need to add a Quantity, a Predifined and a Custom property for such example and  you can customize all of them to your needs:

    Here you have how the wizard would look like before to finish

     Once you complete all steps on the payment wizard, you will see a final confirmation page.

    Here is how our finalized looks like:

    Best regards!

    Thank you... I read that.  It requires me to add mutliple products.  I don't want to do that as it takes up far too much space.  Ideally I would like one(1) T-shirt that has a different price for each size listed in that option.

    You can just add one product  and then add more options on that single one product, in my example, it shows 2 products, but you can apply it to one. The screenshot you see is just for one product (T-Shirt) that I added color, size and quantity

    but in your example every size/color is the same price... I need the price to change base on size regardless of color.  I haven't been able to get that to happen

    Hi Kevin

    Unfortunately, our payment wizard does not currently have that capability but I think a ticket requesting the feature has been submitted to our developers.

    We will notify you if or when it has been implemented.

    Please Wayne, send us some updates about this feature. Many cannot use Jotform because of that.

    The best I can tell you is that a ticket requesting implementation of this feature has been assigned to one of our developers. It has been given a high priority but I can't currently state when it will be a reality.

    It looks like this has been an issue since 2010, my bet is that this feature will never be added.

    I loved so much your product and was ready to take the big memebership, but this "must have" missing feature this is what kills it totally. Don't forget, to sell your big package you need people who have a lot of orders, therefore a website or business with a lot of products cannot run without this(or very few can), hence less packages will get sold to restaurants and other businesses who uses multiple sizes in their product, that's a big chunk of the online market you are missing out.

    An online take away or restaurant can easely have more than 1000 products sold online per month for home delivery or even pickup, therefore your big package will sell more.

    Thanks for the fast reply Wayne,

    Ben

    I contacted the live support and they will ask the developpers directly to see if this could be implemented. They will update in the form.

    In the mean time, to find a solution to this huge problem, is there a way to add 1 picture for the product, then add the same product with different sizes below. This method will make us gain some space...still it is not the best but may help a bit.

    Now my problem is, how to add the below product but have the "quantity" fields inline with the description? Instead of having them below which expand the form even more.

    For example:

    Product 1 (Price} - {quantity drop down menu here}

    Product 2 (Price} - {quantity drop down menu here}

    Product 3 (Price} - {quantity drop down menu here}

    Product 4 (Price} - {quantity drop down menu here}

    Is there a way to do this please?(Awaiting for the fix to be implemented)

    Thanks

    @rascatta

    You simply need to inject these CSS codes to your form:

    .form-product-item {
    padding-top: 10px;
    }
    .form-product-item .form-sub-label-container {
    top: 0;
    left:160px;
    position: absolute;
    }
    .form-product-item .form-sub-label-container + .form-sub-label-container {
    left: 250px;
    }
    .form-product-item {
    overflow: visible !important;
    }

    If you need further assistance, I suggest that you open a new, separate thread in the forum.

    I want to tell you on behalf of Neil that you are very much welcome!

    @deluca

    We are very happy to see many people love our product. We would love to implement each and every solution people request. Some of them are viable, others are too complex and since Jotform philosophy is to keep things simple, we never implement them.

    Nevertheless, this feature you and some others are asking for is something doable, however, our dev team is busy with prioritized things that need urgent attention . That is why we cannot set a definitive timeframe to when this feature would be available.

    At any rate, and since I see an increasing number of people requesting it , I will be sending a message to the developer in charge of this open ticket. Hopefully we will see an update on this thread soon.

    Hi Jeannette,

    Excellent news thank you!

    Hope your dev team can find a great way to get around this problem, Jotform could then hit hard the restauration(food) market with mobile friendly touch view ordering menus on tablets, ipads for our customers(both on site and online):-) The others charge us a huge amount of $$$ just for something that JotForm could do in one day of programming.... I see a good future and a real marketing opening for this(with a bit of publicity on Youtube), at the end of the day, this would be a great deal of happy customers and money to you hard working team :-)

    Each time we have to pay for a POS system modification, they send a programmer that cost so much, then you have no controll over what is going on.

    Now if Jotform could enable us to upload simple things like a picture, description, an "order" button,  and the things requested above, you would have a fully fonctional menu system. The need to upload background pictures is also important in menus.

    One last thing, th epossibility to add more than 1 purchase order so people can move from one page to the other(from food to drinks). That's it!

    If you want to hide this message and keep it for yourself...no problem :-)

    Thanks again,

    Currently, you can have pictures and quantity dropdown menus with any payment integration. You can also rename the label of the submit button to "order now" . If you want to customize the styling and alignment of the pictures in your payment form, you can use Custom CSS codes.

    My colleague Neil already have suggested you a workaround for your alignemnt request on this Thread

    Regarding to your last comment

    One last thing, the possibility to add more than 1 purchase order so people can move from one page to the other(from food to drinks). That's it!

    That is a shopping cart solution. Jotform is not inttended to use it in that way. And to my knowledge there are no plans to implement such thing in the near future. However, you can create separated form orders and embed them into each page (one for food section and one for drinks)  to accomplish that

    Best regards

    Hi,

    I woul like to ask you,

    Is there a way to check up on the current updates regarding the above ideas?

    Do you have a programmer's log or an area where we can check from time to time what has been added or deleted by your programmer?

    Thank you,
