My form is not working

My form has been working fine for a while, but all day today it will not work correctly.  Users cannot submit the form, it just keeps saying please wait and will not submit

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I checked your webpage and I did a test submission. After hitting the submit button, the "Please wait..." message shows for about 10 seconds and then it redirected me to the Thank You page. Here's a screenshot:

Are you still experiencing this problem? I can see that the form is already embedded using the iFrame method.
