Forms views per month

when I reach 1,000 forms in my account this forms stay in my datebase for next month ? And the next manth when more 1,000 of space the forms stay in my account ? 

I want to make a datebase for years using only 1,000 for month.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to 1000 form views of the Free subscription account? I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Free subscription and currently over limit by receiving 100 form submissions. Please be noted that the Free subscription accounts are limited to receive 100 submissions/1000 form views/10 payments per month. We can create 5 forms and store up to 100 MB of storage space and 500 submissions on a free account.

If any of the monthly limits are over the limit, the forms shall be disabled for the rest of the month and will be activated by the first day of the following month. You may also upgrade the account to a paid plan in order to activate the disabled forms. The forms created in your account and the submissions received less than 500 will be in your account until you delete them manually. If the account submissions are more than 500 submissions, the oldest submissions will be deleted as you receive new submissions for the forms in your account.
