iFrame form gets cut-off after closing Light box

I recognize it's probably not ideal to have both the Lightbox and iFrame codes of the same form embedded unto the same page, but for the purposes of my business goals, I need clients to enter my page, browse and see the iFrame embedded, and then as a safety-net (in case they don't fill out the iFrame form), to have the Lightbox pop-up on the 20-second delay I set it for.  Unfortunately, your Lightbox still has many issues with iOS text input (that's for a separate thread), but upon closing the Lightbox with the 'x', it then affects the iFrame by cutting off the bottom portion of it.  This is problematic, because if a user does indeed decide to fill out the iFrame form, they won't be able to complete it since half it is now cut-off and the submit button is not visible.  Please advise how to solve this.

I attempted the Embed code only: <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/62840320169149"></script>, which seemed to solve it the cutting off issue; however, then it affects the Lightbox pop-up, as the Lightbox then auto-pops on delay and shows up as white with none of it's text appearing. I can't win1!!

Please advise the best possible solutions where I can have this scenario work optimally as I need it for my website experience: a delayed Lightbox, working in conjunction with an embedded form, with no bugs occuring in either.

I tested your form in multiple Browsers but couldn't replicate this error, also, I checked your form in iOS simulator, but still form was showing fine, Lightbox pops up after 20 seconds and form is showing embedded as well:

I'm not sure if it is related to the actual iOS device (I don't have one with me at the moment).

Is this issue occurring on all iOS devices or you experienced this problem on only one?
