Do you offer monthly billing? Your pricing page describes prices "per month" but the small print says its billed once a year for 12 months at a time. Can I pay for just a month or two, on an as-needed basis, instead of for a whole year at a time? I am running a short-term project, so I don't need 12 months -- I need one or two.
Also, if I get started with a free account, can I upgrade to a paid account at any time, without an interruption to my existing forms and their respective entries?

Yes, you can start with a free account and upgrade/downgrade it at any time.
We do offer monthly plans, but our 50% New Years Sale is only applied to annual plans. In other words, you will be paying the full price with the monthly subscription.
