Email Notification Not Going to Correct Person

    I have used jotform for a long time and set up many notifications.  I am currently working on this form:


    I have a notification set to send to when a form is submitted.  No email is being sent to her.  I tried using an alternate address as well and no email is being generated.  Can you please assist?

    Hey Debbie, I checked that email and confirmed it's not in our Bounce List. Your Account's Email History also shows that emails were SENT successfully to this address.

    Our own mail logs also further confirms that:

    Is there any chance you're getting the emails but they end up on your Spam/Trash/Junk folders? Can you try opening your email via webmail (not through your email client) and ensure you will check those folders too (not just your Inbox)?

    If you see an email from us that ended up on your Spam folder, kindly mark it as Not Spam. Steps may vary depending on your email provider so I'll just cite an example from Gmail:
