We haven't received emails from Jotforms since last July. We recently got a pop-up message saying that our email was on your "bounce list". I'm not sure why this would be the case. We haven't had any trouble receiving emails from anyone else. Please let us know what we can do to resolve this issue.

If the email involved is the gmail account your profile, please check the spam folder and mark ALL of the messages from Jotform as "Not Spam"
