Compatibility issues with Excel

    Hi there!

     

    We have been using a JotForm for our company's creative requests, and recently noticed that Excel documents included in the forms are not opening. We have used this form for over a year and requests frequently include an Excel document, but only recently have we had issues getting the attachment open. Is there a certain version of Excel that is not compatible with JotForm?

    Hello Kelly,

    I tested few of your Excel attachments and they were opening fine for me. 

    Can you tell us more about the difficulty you have with opening Excel files?

    Since, uploaded files have nothing to do with Form itself, the form is just used as a bridge for those files between you and your submitters.
