How do I create a form to accept payments?

We are hosting a one day worksop for 250 kids. They need to register. They need to choose classes. They need to pay. The need to buy lunch, T-shirt. 

I am using 1+1 website builder and they recommended you for the registration and online payment. How do I do what?
