Our form account has reached its limit. We deleted previous forms to make more room, but we still cannot seem to access the document attachments to the submissions. How can we access these documents?Page URL:

This is because your account is still over limit, you are still over the available upload space so you will need to delete some files or upgrade your account to get more space.
If you do not want to lose your files and submitted data I would suggest you to use our export feature, it will help you to download all your info at the same time: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once
