Why can't I access doc attachments from submissions?

Our form account has reached its limit. We deleted previous forms to make more room, but we still cannot seem to access the document attachments to the submissions. How can we access these documents?

This is because your account is still over limit, you are still over the available upload space so you will need to delete some files or upgrade your account to get more space.
