Subscription was cancelled a day late and was charged the full amount, can I receive a refund?

    Hi,

    We've downgraded from silver to free account, but it seems that we've missed the deadline for one day and are charge for the full year 2017.

    Please would you consider a refund of the last bill 239.40USD as we will not use the account anymore.

    I have refunded your payment and cancelled your subscription.  You will receive a full refund to your card in 5-7 business days depending on how you bank releases funds.  If there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.
