We inspected your account. Unfortunately you cannot remove this line as you have a free account and this option is only available if you upgrade.
Once you upgrade, in order to remove that line at the end of forms, please follow these steps:
1. Open https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
2. Scroll down to the bottom to find "JotForm Branding".
3. Uncheck the checkbox.
