My submissions got deleted. How do I get them back?

No one has contacted me regarding this issue.  It has been over a week.  Please help.  My submissions were deleted by your program.  I am the only user on this account and I did not delete anything.

I am not sure how your submissions were deleted even though you have a paid account. The could be related to the issue on Nov 03, 2016 when your subscription payment was not successful. Since free account can only retain 500 submissions, all your old submission data were deleted.

I have now restored your deleted submissions and your account now has 7500 submissions. Please check your form and see if you are able to see the deleted submissions.
