    I cloned your form to check where the issue persist. I could not replicate the error.

    This is what i received in my email.

    Please describe your fellows interaction with general trauma service. This is the area to test why there is %20 all over
    Please describe how the fellow is involved in an integrated trauma system. check this field too
    Other: and this one too

    The %20 that you see in your submission is nothing but space character.

    If the issue appears in Microsoft Outlook email client, then you need to make the following settings to fix the issue.

    Create a new message.

    Right click on the tabs line of the menu and

    select -> Customize Quick Access Toolbar

    select -> Display

    Uncheck box -> Show all formatting marks.

    If the issue still persist please provide more information about how we can replicate the issue.

    Please also check Jotform > submissions for this particular  form and see if you find %20 replaced by space character in the submission area too.

    Update us so we can dig further.

    This might have been a temporary issue.

    I submitted  the form with some dummy values and the submission appears to be perfectly fine.

    Make sure you do not copy paste the inputs in the field, from MS Word, while testing.

    Please check again and let us know if the issue persists.
