Pre-populated text box is blank

    Just this past day or so the pre-populated text box is blank when I choose Preview. I use this form to send out info and the pre-populated stuff is like a constant disclaimer which has to be in each submittal. It was doing just fine until very recentkly.

    I have taken a look at your form in question, and I see that this form is set to use "NE17-" as its default value on the Sanction Number field. Is this the field you were asking about?

    If you are trying to prepopulate the value of this field through using URL parameters, than you would use an URL like this:

    https://form.jotform.com/62107016599962?Sanction=test

    An URL parameter would replace the default value that you've set on this field. If you open your form through its ordinary link, it will always load with the default value that was set on this field:

    Or are you talking about field "New England Swimming"? This is how it looks when we view your form from our end:
