Using address field with Zapier

    Hi,

I connect my jotform to Zapier and use the fields with other apps from there.

In my forms i use the address Fields and they have streets/city/state/ country etc .

How do I split those choices when using them inside zapier.

so instead of using Address field. i would use Country for example somewhere and city somewhere else.

    Thanks for your help,

    MJ

    Hello MJ,

I'm not sure if you can do that since address field is acting as one field so it might not be possible to take certain values from that field, like country, city etc.

But if you can let us know which Zapier integration you were using so we can take a closer look, it would be helpful?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Nik,

its an integration starts with Jotform > Sheets > Activecampaign >etc etc.

I somehow thought that this would be the answer. so I was thinking if i can create different hidden fields inside JOT that get each separate answer from the main address fields.

Do you think that is possible?

Where is Zapier in your integration flow?

    Is it like this:

Jotform > Zapier > Sheets, Activecampaign, etc...?

If you want, you can directly integrate your JotForm form to Google Spreadsheet, then you can use Zapier to fetch the information from the Google Spreadsheet to another application/service that you have.

With that flow, you can have hidden text box fields and they will still be populated in the Google Spreadsheet, you can then use a Zapier integration to fetch those information.

    I hope that helps.

I hoped it wouldn't get to this extent of changes. because my system is already setup and working on a lot of forms and integrations.

It would be a hassle to change the whole thing.

But it is alright. I will figure out a solution to my issue.

    Thanks for your prompt replies.
