We host millions of forms, and we can not review each form manually. That is why we have implemented phishing filter which really works. Unfortunately, mistakes may happen, but we learn from them.
It is recommended to not create login forms and ask your users for passwords in order to avoid filter detection.
Please provide us with any information about your account/forms, then we will be able to whitelist your existing forms (if they are legal) and re-activate your account.
